Project overview
GoKoval Solar Energy designed and installed a rooftop solar system for a family home in Dili. The panels are mounted on aluminium rails fixed to the existing metal roof and oriented to capture as much sunlight as possible throughout the day.
Inside the home, a hybrid inverter and a LiFePO4 battery store solar energy, so the household can keep essential appliances running in the evening and during grid outages.

Our approach
As with every residential project, we started from the household’s actual energy use and the condition of the roof, then designed, installed and commissioned the system and walked the family through how it works.
