Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you install solar panels in Dili?

Yes. We install residential and commercial solar systems in Dili and work across the municipalities, including islands and remote areas such as Ataúro, Ermera, Liquiçá, Viqueque and Lautém.

What is the difference between grid-tied, hybrid and off-grid solar?

A grid-tied system works alongside the EDTL grid to lower your daytime bills. A hybrid system adds battery storage so essential loads keep running during outages and at night. An off-grid system supplies all your power where there is no grid connection.

Can solar keep my power on during blackouts?

Yes, with a hybrid system. The battery takes over automatically when the grid fails and supplies the circuits you choose. A grid-tied system without a battery switches off with the grid for safety.

Do you work with NGOs, government and development partners?

Yes. Alongside installations, we provide field surveys, site verification, local coordination and technical data collection for consultants, donors and government partners.

How do I get a quotation?
